A bespoke workstation cluster is the right call when an off-the-shelf bench costs you in usable square metres, brand consistency, or workflow ergonomics. Common reasons clients commission custom: an unusual column grid that no standard bench length fits, a brand colour or veneer that no catalogue offers, a specialised use-case (trading floor, design studio, lab) that needs deeper desks or specific cable provisions, or a phased rollout where the first 20 desks must match the next 100 in 12 months. Our design process is collaborative — we work from your existing CAD, run two design rounds with renders for sign-off, then build to spec. Pricing is per workstation and depends on size, panel height, electrification, and finish; a 6-seat pod starts around AED 12,000 with a 36-seat call-centre row landing around AED 75,000 depending on tech load. Do you handle power, data, and cable management?
Yes — bespoke workstations are designed with integrated power and data drops, in-desk grommets, cable trays under the worktop, and vertical risers for floor-to-desk routing. We coordinate with your MEP contractor on the building-side supply but the desk-level distribution is our scope.
Can you match our brand colours and existing furniture?
Yes — laminate, veneer, fabric, and metal finishes can be specified to match your brand palette or blend with existing furniture in adjacent rooms. Send a brand guideline or a sample of the existing finish and we will produce material samples for sign-off before manufacture.
What is the minimum project size for a custom workstation?
Six seats. Below that the design and tooling cost per seat makes bespoke uneconomic — we will recommend a high-spec standard bench instead and customise the finish only. Above six seats the economics work and you get exactly the layout you need.
